I wrote 2 checks to Oracle Promotions on May 5, 2013 totalling 120.00 to pay for airfare certificates amd reservation forms for hotel stay. The 3 dates I submitted were "not available.". I requested a refund and was told by a Chuck Colvin that they have nothing to do with Marketing or fulfillment of vacation certificates. To satisfy their clients he requested I send 100.00 deposit and they would send 2 round trip airfare tickets and accomodations to a "fabulous destination." My letter requesting a refund was returned to me.
