On 5/11/13 I signed up with this company. I paid $399.99 for a 3 year contract with monthly review of my computer. Each time this review took place I noticed there were icons removed, and it took me over a day to replace what they removed without asking me. On 11/8/13 I contacted them and said I was unhappy with the company and wanted a refund. they said it would come with $150 taken out of the refund. I still have not received this refund and I realize that I should not be charged $150 for unsatisfactory experience with them. I had trouble understanding the representatives most of the time when talking to them.
