This was a FREE trail you just pay the shipping of $4.95 or aleast that is what they had advertised - I would have never done this if I knew they were going to charge my bank account $99.00 now I call and speak to customes service and they tell me they will not refund my money. They will not even take their product back and refund my money. I feel this is a scam and I want my $99.00 dollars back. I told them to cancel anything pending they have and not to charge me another dime. How is this allowed to happen. Bad business.

- You can always try and get your credit card company to obtain a refund via the banking system I doubt any of us will get monies returned from this fraudulent company.
