Requested a refund in August still not come through. Everytime I call up speak to a 'Danielle' who told me it's my own fault that they took my money. Originally told in August it would be 3-5 working days, she then told me on the phone 30 days. It is now December and still nothing! Called up around 10 times, even had the phone put down on me by this scumbag Danielle. Don't mind waiting for a refund but 4 months you're having a laugh! Have now contacted FOS. Do NOT use this company!

- Contact your bank same happend to me this week the same lady that answers the phone is damn right rude I would love to come face to face with her because I'd give(Inappropriate Content Removed)! I'm with Barclays they are saying they will put they money back into my bank this week I hope they do hope you have some luck with your bank and 4month is a joke I don't know how this company are still going after all the things I have read ionline good luck xxx
