I signed up for a free starter kit and paid shipping. Foun out it was a scam so called and cancelled and sent unopened product back with a RMA number given to me by the company. A month later (today) my acct was charged. Ive been on hold for 37 mins so far and have yet to get anyone on the line! I am livid!!!
