I was told that I could get a loan for $1,000
after all my banking information was given to them.I was told to go to Walmart and buy a Green Dot MoneyPak Card and load $319.00 on it. Then I called James Hamilton with the numbers that I scratched off on the back of the card. The money
was supposedly to open the account and I would have the money today, Dec. 4th. I checked my account this morning and no loan for a $1,000 was there.
I called him up and he said he needed another $297.00 to complete the process. I told him no way was I going to give him more money. Unfortunately he scammed me out of the $319.00.
I told him I want this money back into my account by December 5th. He said the money was frozen. I said I'm cancelling my loan and want this money now. What other alternative do I have now?
