I called rejuvenex on 11-25-13 and told them that the container did not work and I was sending it back to them. They gave me a rma# which I put on the pkg. They claim they did not see the rma# and billed my account. Now they say it will take up to 5 days to get my money back and I want it now or I plan to sue. Can you help me first?
