submitted an order for free trial, only paid 4.95 for shipping. Got an unauthorized charge for 84.97 on my debit card. contacted my bank to dispute the charge and they said there was nothing that they could do, that i would need to contact the merchant directly. after several attempts, and literally waiting 30 minutes for someone to pick up the phone, someone answered the phone, took down my info and said i would receive a phone call within 24 hours. No call back. Another attemted call was made, and i spoke with a gentleman that said the only thing he could do was to give me 50% off the price of the bottle. After several minutes of arguing, he said he would cancel my accouunt and gave me an address to send the unused product back for a full refund. i ,ailed it back to them yesterday, its expected to be delivered to them by friday. hopfully this works
