Same problem. Thought I was just creating an account and had NO indication I would be charged $99 plus another $2.75 for a foreign bank processing the payment. In the fine print it does say you can cancel within 7 days and get a full refund, but they are unreachable. I tried contacting them 5 different times and never received a response. I'm now disputing the charges on my cc.
