Based on the request of property manager, I filled out an application online and paid the $30.00 application fee. It has been 5 days and I have not received anything from the Eaves indicating my application status. I called and they are saying they have no records of such application. I showed the proof that I have been charged. They are sending me back and forth to the Avalon and saferent and each claiming they have no records. The guy at Avalon says "sorry you lost $30.00"!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH AVALON/EAVES properties
