In brief, this is my third complaint against Riverside Car Care located 3212 South Harlem Ave. Riverside, Illinois 60546. There is now is a loud knocking noise in the right upper portion of the engine. I took the vehicle back and was informed that it would cost $250 to repair. The initial cost to repair the engine as of April 2013 totaled over $3500.00. The vehicle still does not run smoothly.
