On 11/16/2013 I ordered a "free trial sample" of Pure Garcinia Cambogia that was recommended by Dr. Oz. The web site was VERY difficult to get past the pop up for the "Advanced Green Coffee" at $24.00. The next day online back statement showed a withdraw of $28.95. I immediately called and asked for a credit. I spoke to Justine? I was told to call back when I received the product. Once I received the product, I called and was told by Amber the I had to wait till the 14 day trial period was up and I would then receive a "RMA" number. I told her I wanted a credit and I wanted to send it back. She said to call back on 12/3/2013.Today I went online to check my bank statement, and again then was a withdraw for $89.41. I called and first spoke to Natalie who copped an attitude when I was very persistant about an immediate credit.
And then suddenly I was mysteriously disconnected. I called back and asked for a supervisor/manager. I spoke with "John" who went around in circles about their policies. I was then told I had to mail the product in first with the RMA number placed on the front and I would only then receive a credit!!! I was furious and went immediately to my bank and I am protesting the charges! This company is deceptive and is lying and stealing from the American people. Please put a stop to this!
