On 11/5/2013 I ordered the $4.95 trial which was supposed to allow me a 14-day trial period for the Slendera Garcinia Cambogia. What the web site and online advertisement DOES NOT tell you is that the 14-day period begins the day you order the product, not from when you receive it. I didn't receive the until 9 days into the 14-day trial period. When I attempted to contact the company by phone on 11/23 and 11/24, I was on hold for 20-25 minutes each time so I opted to send them an email cancelling my 'subscription', for which I received an email indicating that they had received my cancellation request. However, by then the company had already charged my credit card for $84.97 on 11/20/2013, unbeknownst to me and without my authorization. I was actually able to reach them by phone at 6:45am this morning only to be told that they would not refund the $84.97 charge to my credit card because that I did not cancel within 14 days of the order date of 11/5. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
