I withdrew $153 from my virgin gaming account on 22/11/13. They say they will complete all withdrawals in 96 hours. I received no correspondence until 10 days later, 12/02/2013 when they ask for photo ID. I submit it straight away. Four days later, 12/06/2013 they have still yet to respond. 14 days after my request they have kept my money. I believe I am being scammed by this company.
