I DID NOT ORDER OR APPLY FOR THIS SERVICE OR TRANSACTION AND NOT SURE WHO DID.I HAVE FOLLOWED UP ON FINDING OUT WHO MADE THIS ORDER WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND CHARGES WILL BE FILED ON THE PERSON THAT DID THIS. I AM REQUESTING THAT MY MONEY BE REIMBURSED TO ME IN THE AMOUNT OF $159.50 AND THAT IS AS FOLLOWS: $49 CHARGE FROM THIS COMPANY-$98 CHARGE FROM THIS COMPANY AND $12.50 OVER-DRAFT FEES FROM MY BANK FOR THESE TRANSACTIONS WHICH I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. PLEASE TAKE CARE OF THIS AS I LIVE ON A FIXED INCOME (DISABILITY) AND HAVE BILLS THAT NEED TO GET PAID.
