I saw an add on facebook about a face cream for a free trial (only pay shipping) and I received the cream 3 weeks ago. It was recommended by Dr. Oz. The trial arrived with only a shipping note, no phone number or other info except for the shipping cost. I had paid with a credit card. Then I received another shipment 2 days ago, which I didn't order, and it arrived with a shipping note saying it was $0. I immediately knew something was wrong, because I didn't order any more. When I called my credit card, they said that your company charged me $65 two times in Nov.2013. I disputed the charge and want to return the product. I tried calling but apparently need to call during business hours. The cream, by the way, doesn't work they way they claim and I refuse to order more. I went to Ripoff Report and found many other complaints about this company. I also filed a report with NBC's Rossem Reports.
