i placed an order for incense and when i clicked submit, it said it couldn't be completed although it charged my card anyway. since then i have send numerous emails and called them and left messages, but i am being ignored. i just can't believe a company like this one can steal from people like they have been for years and still be allowed to operate. something needs to be done about this company.
