My grandson went to add money to a Paypal Debit card but the cashier told him he had to buy a MoneyPak card. He brought it home and I tried to add it to the Paypal card but it only accepts money online Paypal. I went back to the store to get a refund but the assistant manager called MoneyPak and they said it would take 5-7 days for a refund. I purchased a Green Dot debit card to put the money on and had to pay a minimum of $10 to put on the Green Dot card. At this point I had $210 on the Green Dot card. On Nov 11, the same day of the purchase I paid my phone bill for $49.26. I tried to pay my electric bill but it said I had $0 balance. I contacted Green Dot and they said that Dollar General had put a hold on my money and it was being returned to Dollar General. I have had several communications with Green Dot and dollar General and Dollar General refuses to refund my money.

Update: 12/11/2013

I received a letter from Green Dot on 12/10/13 that states the money was refunded to the store on 11/11/13.
