I thought i was calling microsoft after being told that the problem i had was a microsoft problem by Avg.antivirus people. I got Gobal pcsolutions. they took remote controll of my computer and worked on it for over a week. Lost connections to high speed inter net connection. They blamed att connection. but I had not lost connection to my other computers. that was all checked out. The problem I had was not fixed. The problem all started when I was prompted to upgrade my avg anti virus 2013 prog. to 2014.
