Ordered free 18 day trial on dec 3, cancelled on the 4th because I only want to try. Tried calling them but had several problems even reaching them (busy, no answer), including them saying they had a systems problem and couldn't deal with me. Finally spoke to them today. Apparently, I have to pay to mail back the empty bottle of the merchandise or they won't cancel me from the automatic subscription (i.e. debiting my VISA)
