Merrywood loans took £69.95 out of my account on the 29.11.13. I phones customer serive straight away and was adviced that I will have a refund within 7days. I am still waiting for my money back. Customer servie is poorly. Very rude and have bad attractate. Sorry can't spell. (Personal Information Removed). Single parent.
