I was recently having a look for some payday loans, and it's the festive season and was a little poor. I was transferred to this website and thought it was just your typical "have a look for a loan" website, unfortunately I did not know they take money from your account. I feel as though I have been robbed blind and they should have told you in print on their page, it wasn't until I took a further look at there page that they told you on an FAQ page and to be honest, who is going to look on that when you assume the page is a normal loan website! I feel disgusted and upset that it has put me into arrears now also

- I was the same. What you need to do it send them a letter to the head office in Birmingham. Send it recorded delivery. Wait 14 days when hey say they haven't received it then send them a print screen of you checking Royal Mail website to show it's been signed for. This will then be your proof that the company has recieved your letter. Check with your bank to make sure they never took duplicate payments. They refunded the duplicate payment ASAP but been waiting 4 weeks for them to get my letter until I sent yeh print screen on Royal Mail webpage with my tracking number for my letter and it showed it was recieved by them within 48 hrs the money was back in my bank good luck
