Received an email from a David Taylor, took a look at the video and decided to invest in the product. I was never sent any confirmation emails and on 04 Dec 2013, I contacted support via email since there was no phone number.No response so I sent another email on 6 Dec 2013, I got a reply on 7 Dec 2013 and was told that they could not find my information and to resend it. I sent the information and no one has not responded since the 7th. I looked at my bank statement and called the numbers related to the charges and every number says no one is available and to leave my name, e-mail address, and phone number and someone will contact me soon. No one has contacted me and I have been calling since 9 Dec 2013.
