I join a free site but had to enter credit card details to complete registration. I did this, and now found they debited my credit card to pay for the bids I did not buy. When I first signed up I tried to use their 24 hr live chat service but it did not work. I then sent email to them using their contact option and still had no reply within the 12 hours stated on their site.

- Daphne...you will never hear from them...Same thing happened to me. You do need to go to your bank and put in a Dispute. Tell the bank everything that happened. I have put in a dispute. My bank knows who THEIR bank is, and the more people putting in a dispute we will have a better chance of getting our money back. Go to the bank Daphne and put in a dispute. Good luck.

- Also contact Fair Go and Commerce Authority in wellington - they currently have more than 30 official complaints and the more the better. I also contacted the Fraud office and a few others. The more complain ts are made the more likely we are to get this resolved and these people shut down
