I sent for a FREE Sample of antiaging cream from the above co,All I was asked to pay was £2.99 p&p I received the cream in a matter of days,my credit was debited for the £2.99 around13th November. On checking my banking I noticed a debit of £89.00 on 3rd December to RVTLI emailed them to query this and received a reply around the 7th December,saying my order had been cancelled and I would not charged ,any more money,they gave an address to contact P.O.Box13511 Linlinthgow West Lothian EH497YH, I have written to them asking if they will be responsible for refunding my £89.00 ,as I did not order any thing apart from the free sample which I paid for. I have not had a reply as yet. Would I be able to claim on my cedit card for anything. (Personal Information Removed)
