I signed up for a "Free Trial" for $4.95. Regal cigs did NOT tell me that they would keep sending cigs and charging my credit card every month after that! I checked my online credit card statement today, and discovered that they charged $264.70 to my credit card!!: $119.95 on October 11,$69.90 on November 11, and $69.90 on December 11. When I phoned to get these charges reversed, the person I spoke with was of no help at all. She said they would not reverse the charges!
This is deception and consumer fraud.
