As with all other complainants credit card debited 299 for which I did not authorise. Ad clearly stated trial for free and card will not be charged without permission. Three letters sent to their contact form (picture of woman holding phone) and promise to have response within 12 hours but have heard nothing!!

- Go to the bank and dispute the transaction - takes about 30 working days i understand, but has to be done. The more people that complain, the more likely they will be caught and held accountable for this. Also report it to the Commerce Authority in wellington to report it as a scam - they need to be made aware of everybody who has been scammed so that they can shut them down! i also contacted Fair Go as well, maybe try that as well? Good luck
