International boundaries
Bank of America credit card was billed three times, 99 cents each. This card has not been used for over a year, and has been locked in a drawer. Reported fraud to Bank of America (nightmare process .. took an hour) who "conditionally" reversed the charges. We closed the account in its entirety. Either B of A was hacked and won't admit it, or America's Tire was, or Bi-Mart. No one is admitting to customer records being violated.
