My husband placed an order for our boys for Christmas for Solo Beats. They took the money out of our account two days after the order was placed and we received what appeared to be a confirmation number telling us another email would be sent with shipping information. Well, guess what...two weeks later, no shipping information, no phone number to call and I have sent two emails and received no reponse! Note to everyone out there, make sure if you're ordering something online there is a customer support line to contact and do a little research to make sure it a real Company! And now we are out $226.00 and our kids will be short for Christmas.
