I signed up for DOUBLEMYSPEED.COM's products and services and was never told in the sign up process that there would be an auto-renewal of charges.
In reading their terms on their Web site, it says that I should have been notified via email that they were going to auto-renew.
I did NOT receive an email and they have charged my credit card for $39.98.
Their product is a scam, it did not work so there is NO way I would want to renew.
