I was SCAMMED like everyone else on here for 39.99 $$ they are posing as the United states Postal Service suppose to charge 1.00$ for address change but they do 40$ out of your credit card without your knowledge... i really thought USPS.com WAS PREOCCUPIED as usual so they hired these 3rd party people to do it for them.,..but im out of 40 $ & i am filing a claim with my credit card which you should do as well...Good Luck!!
