my mother in law tried to arrange a surprise christmas present for me by booking my theory over 3weeks ago now. after not having any response or confirmation she told me what she had done we both then tried to contact the place ringing several times over several weeks being ripped off even more with there ridiculous phone charges of £1.53 a minute the operator would say the call is being connected cheesy hold music would be played for a minute or so then silence but the call would not be disconnected. i left endless messages number to be phones back email address everything and still no response, i then did my research into the company to find a report in the daily mirror paper saying that the man who owned the company has been fined £85,000 for ripping customers off the address he states does not have offices there and then to top it all off my mother in law then gets a letter to say that her bank account has been hacked and emptied. disgusting that the website is still up and running for people to be scammed the same way.
