i went to order the trial of 30 days supply and was billed for 5 packets supply so instead of being a free trial I got charged 115 euros for it. I contacted their online chat support and was informed that my order could not be cancelled and if I wish to return it I would loose 15% of my money for restocking costs but had to wait until I returned the item to them before the money would be refunded. Now 2 weeks later no package arrived and no money either
