I ordered a free sample of two of their products online on 4th Dec on a 'Hassle free' trial. The samples arrived on 14th Dec at my home in the UK. i noticed the payment for the samples had already been taken from my bank.My banks Fraud Dept contacted me today (18th) to tell me of suspicious activity on my account.Upon checking I found out that they had taken a further £60 ($100) from my account on 16th Dec and my bank advised they had blocked another request for a similar amount.I was advised to contact Blizzard White by my bank and to cancel any further payments.I have received no further items apart from the samples on the 14th. Upon contacting Blizzard White firstly speaking to a lady who just referred to the Terms and Conditions and said the trial started when I ordered the samples not when I received them, this is ludicrous! how can you trial something you have only just recieved and they take thwe money two days later!she would not listen and just repeated the same over and over.I spoke to her supervisor next who spoke from the same typed response. This is no way to run a business! If you can help me regain my lost money and stop them from doing this to other people I would be very grateful.
