I paid for aftershave on the internet 19/11/13 (www.euro-market.org galanta), no aftershave has arrived. I emailed them 29/11 they said it was dispatched 25/11 and would take up to 18 working days to arrive. I emailed them again 11/12, no reply. I have called them numerous times (0208 816 8551)not once has the phone been answered.
