Merrywood loans took £69.95 out of my bank account without my consent..i have asked them for a refund they said yes in 2 weeks.. still no refund ..i have asked them again for a refund and have filled a form in on there website requesting a refund.. after speaking to them on phone the woman said yes you will have it on friday i said ok.. why did you take it out.. when you didnt have the right.. she started getting nasty we can take what we like.. i said it was fraud .. she laughed..told me i didnt no what i was talking about..and there would be no refund ..this company need sorting out they should not be aloud to get away with ripping people off.. i have not had a loan and i will not be taking a loan out...
