I was re-directed to loan zoo approx 2 weeks ago as I applied for a payday loan. They asked for card and bank details in order to transfer the money and also confirm validation. On the 13th December 2013 I could see a transaction for 39.99 due to be released but no payment had been received. I tried to explain to Lloyds Bank I haven't received any funds nor did I give permission for this amount to be removed from the account but they said they would have to honour it even though I had confirmation from one of there staff this was actually a scam. I noticed that only 7 people seem to have made or become victims with this company I can't and won't believe that. I am sure there are hundreds of people just like myself. It's unfortunate we don't have a system in place which automatically alerts the police so these cheap staff are caught and arrested. GET A REAL JOB
