Placed an order, my credit card was charged but never received my item. Sent several emails but never had a proper response to my questions. Repsonses were 1. Your order will be shipped 2.Your order will be shipped after the holiday 3. Your order was shipped, please track using fedex with tracking number 802...., went on fedex says that tracking number was delivered somewhere in USA, I am from Canada. Tried phoning the company but only left on hold for an hour. Would just like my money back but nobody gets back to me.
