Trial offer never arrived and was however billed for a first shipment 2 weeks after. As soon as I found out about the amount billed to my account, I called the number provided. However, I was told by a CS associate that their system was down.....and yes for 2 days it was down. What an inconvenient excuse! When I finally spoke to one, she even blamed me for not contacting them to let them know I never received the product. The nerve! I asked her of a date and tracking # if it was really shipped and what method of shipment used. She insisted it was shipped within 24 hours and I just found out that the shipment was still in process somewhere...... The tracking # could not provide further details. I mean really it will be close to a month in 3 days when I placed that order. I demanded a refund of which they promised they would process, cancelled future orders/shipments/transactions of the like. The CS wasnt willing to give me the cancellation number saying it will be generated once an email confirmation is sent. However, after I asked her to state her ID/ work # she finally gave me one. I URGE EVErYONE and WILL CONTINUE TO SPREAD THE WORD TO CUSTOMERS NOT TO BUY THIS PRODUCT. There is no physical address for the product's company and the phone number is hard to reach. Incapable and rude CS to add to that.
