- I just dealt with Equinox Serum - had the same problem as you. I spoke to their customer service (if you call it that!) at 1-877-524-0259 to cancel my subscription (which I was tricked into, as I'm sure you were too!). They absolutely refused to refund my money, saying there was no way they could do that. While looking at the Cancellation email they sent, I noticed the salutation "Equinox US," and then a different phone number - 1-877-862-9839, and also a product return address. Before calling, I looked at their website and reviewed their refund policy, which states that if you are not happy with the results of the product you may return any unopened containers. I did call, and though it's not the best situation, they offered that I could keep the product and they would refund me $65. Otherwise, I could return it, and pay a $20 restocking fee on top of whatever it costs me to mail it back. At that point, I was happy to get anything back, so I agreed. Just tell them that you are unhappy with the product - after all dealing with them causes stress, which in return causes wrinkles, which is counterproductive to your efforts. Good luck!
