Diamond wireless charges you to return the phone w/ out original accessories. Another way for them to rip you off. OMGOSHNESSS and right b4 xmas. way to go DIamond wireless ! im going to try to find a group action law suit against this las vegas branch . if this has happen to you . pls add me or msg me






I originally was shopping for a phone repair company to fix my tmobile lcd screen. Going fr kiosk to kiosk asking, Jason (slick) tells me how i should jus forget about fixing that phone and jus get one of his bc he could hook it up w/ a good price.
I then told him I was very very skeptical about signing a contract bc its usually twice the cost of my 60 dollar a mo plan fr tmobile. He told me for 10 dollars more he could get me the brand new lg g2 for 100dollar w/ 100 rebate. so basically it would be for free. Piquing my interest i look at plans and phoness and have him run my info to see if im approved. Of course I am, so he continues to try to sell me the LGG2 and tell me how awesome it was and LtE etc he kept repeating
"you pay for the service", over and over after i kept saying idk, im super skeptical lemme think about it blah blah blah .
Of course he starts layinng it on thick talking about how it would only be like 75/mo totally and the amazing "service" , i didnt care much mainly b/c i use wifi calling wifi data wifi everything.

Then he continued to tell me i had 14 days to try out the phone and service and if i didnt like it i could return it all refunds no charges no questions asked... & that was the selling point. So I give him my old cell to transfer EVERYTHING . apparently around 19k msgs and lke 300 pix and jus allot of stuff.w hich usually wouldnt be a problem. but it took him 3 hrs. the mall was closing and i was irritated and just wanted to leave. finally i told him after we were last ppl in the mall jus to give me my stuff and i wanted to go home. So he continues to talkk to me about my rebate etc. but i know how that goes so im like ya okay .
Well i get home that night and am looking for my old phone w/ the sim & micro sd . and HE NEVER gave it back! WHO DOES THAT?? THen ontop of that. bc i was aggitated and wanting to leave. he never gave me a recipt, my contract, my box, my charger, rebate form! ANYTHING!! I call when i got home and of course they were closed. So i call the next day and they have no idea. I ask to talk to jason the manager and it took him 3 days to call me back w/ the verdict of"we jus did inventory there is no box here. I know i gave it to you, u lost it, u have to find it or not return it.
So freaking out after realizing that my service wasnt costing me 55 rather 105/mo. and the fact that the LG g2 needs a special charging cord bc it has a special battery or it wont charge correctly. and the battery is not removable.. so you cannot use a micro USBI was so upset i was lied to I wanted to return it. They treated me like a lying pest. Repeating to me in a monotonous tone w/ a blank stare saying same thing over and over again. Then he pulls out my contract. and bc diamond wirelss is jus authorized to sell verizon products but isnt a verizon company they can have their own contracts.
WELL MR JASON (MGR) straight lied to me about returning it in 14 days w/ no fee's.. bc it states at the very bottom that if you activate it . you automatically have to pay a 400 cancelation fee if you cancel before 185 days. ONTOP OF VERIZON 175 fee. then bc i didnt have the box. it the fees charged bc jason never gave me the box were around 170 bux. so total id end paying about 800 dollars to cancel and return a my phone . WITHIN THE SO CALL 14 DAY NO SWEAT RETURN POLICY! TOTAL AND COMPLETE LIE!
Now I am not a pessimistic person, nor like to think bad on ppl. But I come to realize that those kiosk ppl live off commission off my monthly bill charges, and theyve to meet a quota, and if you return the phone they get NOTHING! .. So therefor... "how about not giving her the stuff she needs to return it so shes stuck w/ it" i mean hes a manager so im sure he knows all the hustling moves as second nature.
After the 3 hrs of walking around waiting for the transfers. I said omg gimme my phone i need to leave. he unplugged it w/ a blank look and handed it to me. and we (bf&i) left the mall and went straight home! I wanted to check out the specs so i look for my box.. never got one! try to call back . closed, leave voicemail. no response for 3 days. finally i call again . i get him and he tried to say tat the other man who was working w/ him saw him give me that bag, but my bf was standing right there the whole entire time they transfer my phone. and there was only him!
Anywho after tag back and forth with verizon customer service. i spoke to a ray who was in managent who assured me i could return w/ no fees. and to not leave until they take the phone back .
well i get there today they made me feel little for not being able to charge my phone for using a service that i pay 100 a mo for.. then try to charge me 5o bux for a new cable cord. that truely upset me b/c im "paying for the service" im paying for them to (Inappropriate Content Removed) evrymonth lie to me and be treated like a pest. and i refuse to pay for this.. Seriously contimplated letting it go to collections, b34 i file for bankruptcy,
then taking the lg g2 and flashing to str8 talk for 45 a mo.
I cannot believe someone would stoop so low as to keep my box, cust contract, and rebate form just to keep a sale. i know its competitive out there but c'mon . he knew i was skeptical fr the get go then leads me to believe false information to get a sale .
can you seek legal action for that? I am so very very upset Today is my last day 12/21 to retuurn this phne and im begging customer service to do somthing at least send me a charger or something and NNOPE. how rude! and im paying for this rudeness. & 1 thing i learned. is when an investment goes sour. its time to toss it no matter the loss. I am going to write to the BBB and every other Scam sighht pertaining to this ghetto wanna be verizon retailer. DO NOT EVER GO TO A VERIZON KIOSK. GO TO THE STORE!!! yOU WONT GET RIPPED OFF INTO HAVING TO KEEP THE PHONE. also reading reviews they are so bad to everyone here in vegas taking advantage. also6
I've read that diamond wireless/verizon keeps/stores/sells your personal information, which is not okay. makes me feel so safe! I will never sign another contract again . ill stick to prepaid! OOOh and get this. he never gave me back my old sim card. or my microsd .. so that also leads me to beilieve he didnt want me going back to tmobile... like he literally tried every thing to sell me that phone. and KEEP IT .. THIS IS NOT RIGHT! i want justice!!
