I AGREED TO A CHARGE OF $2.95 FOR THE TRIAL OFFER, CALLED AND CANCELLED THE DAY THE TRIAL WAS UP AND WAS GIVEN A CONFIRMATION NUMBER, TODAY 10/25/2011 THEY PROCESS A CHARGE FOR 79.99 AND I AM CHARGED A 25 OVERDRAFT FEE, I CALL THEM WITH MY CONFIRMATION NUMBER WHICH SHE WOULDN'T EVEN LISTEN TO, ONLY TO BE TOLD THEY ALREADY SHIPPED ME A BOTTLE THAT I WOULD HAVE TO SHIP BACK TO GET MY MONEY BACK THEN THEY HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!
