Good Morning.
I'm a French citizen located in France.
The subject of my complain is about Enigma Software Group. I bought on Friday December 20th, 2013 a license key from Enigma Sofware Group for software products. I paid online using my credit card.
By doing that I've noted afterward that I've joined membership to SafeCart service with an automatic renewal. This service will automatically withdraw the amount of the software cost before its expire date.
I don't agree with such practices which are against French law and policies. I will be help by French layer if necessary, if that withdraw occur in the next future.
