I was told this was a free trial with $4.95 shipping total. On Dec. 22, 2013 my credit card was charged $138.46. There is no "person" to talk to at the 855-986-2646 support line, just an automated voice which tells you, you can cancel your order after you have already been charged. I want a refund and there is no "Company Representative" to discuss this with.
