Ordered on line a pair of UGG boots. Was not aware the company was in China until 7 days after order. Went on line to track shipment number and discovered it was coming from China. It is still in China------and obviously will not arrive for Christmas. I requested a return address and label as I do not need the boots since they were to be a Christmas present and I am getting no where with this group. I asked my credit card company to put the amount under dispute. I am concerned I will be out the money because I can not get an address in order to return the goods.
