Ordered a DVD; The Muppet Family Christmas on 12/4/13. The company charged my bank account and reported a ship date of 12/9/13 but I have not received the order.
Their online information is sketchy and they offer no mailing address. I am disappointed I made an order and compromised my credit card prior to researching this company.
I have filed a complaint with the US Postal Inspection Department and recommend others do the same should they be i a similar situation.

- Do not feel bad I ordered Under Cover Blues DVD on January 10 and still do not have it and it is January 23. I feel I compromised my charge card too. I just made complaint. I should of check out the company before ordering. Bruce
