I ordered their skin care product, and decided I did not want it. I tried calling many times with no answer. Finally I sent several emails stating a did not want the product and wanted to return it, and did not want any more product. I did not hear back and my credit card was charged. I disputed the charge and then last week I got two more boxes. This time I called and spoke to two "customer service" reps who would not transfer me to anyone, told me my account was in their "concern" department, and that my card had been charged an additional 100+!
