My phone was dead, and I made a local phone call at a payphone using my credit card. The call lasted less than 30 seconds. I was never told the amount to be charged to my card, but had to confirm the charge to connect the call. The signage on the payphone indicated that the call would cost $1.00. I was charged $15.84
