I went to UGG online and selected a site. The site had pics and a full addvertisement about the UGG boots from Australia I ordered 2 pr supposedly on sale. The money was taken out of my account that day and I was told my boots would be here in 2 weeks. I have not recieved anything and the site has disapeared from where I ordered the3re is no way for me to reach them can you help me???

I got a call yesterday from a lady who said my order was lost and being reshipped when I tried to send a confirmation e mail it said it was unable to deliver to that address

I got an email today that my order was lost and being resent this is the second time I've got this message the want me to respond I haven't been able too please tell me how
