I fell for their sample offer. When I called on several occasions to cancel any further shipments I always got a recording that their system was down and to call back at a later time. Meanwhile I received another shipment. I sent it back with clear instructions that I wished to cancel and had my credit card company charge back the $105.00 they had billed and blocked any further charges from that company. Well I guess that has been done to them before because the next month they charged my account again. The block didn't work because they changed the first three letters of their merchant name so the credit card company wouldn't know it was the same comapany. Very slick. My credit card company has now charged back both charges. I FINALLY was able to talk to an anonymous telephone voice who said he would cancel my account. I received an email to the effect that the account is now closed. Hopefully this is the end of it. BEWARE.
